Join instructor Kristen Rojowski for weekly beginner-friendly yoga. This one-hour vinyasa (flow) class incorporates short meditation, breathwork, and physical yoga practice with an emphasis on intentional and mindful movements. Transitions and movements coordinate with breathing. Benefits of vinyasa yoga include increased strength and endurance, increased balance and stability, and a good cardio workout.
Rojowski believes in making yoga accessible to everyone through physical practice, meditation, and breath work. She is passionate about creating openness and cultivating stillness in our lives and focuses on teaching meditation, restorative, and vinyasa classes. Additionally, Rojowski runs a plant business called Happy Roots and enjoys spending time with her family, pets, reading, writing, and being outdoors.
