Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for rent in Greenfield and New Palestine. Make your request by choosing your room and checking available dates, or selecting a day and time to see which rooms are available. You will receive a confirmation via email that your request has been approved, pending payment.
Meeting rooms are available for use by civic, cultural, governmental, educational, political, or religious groups for non-commercial and non-profit purposes. Space may not be used for personal or family activities, or by for-profit businesses or organizations for programs, seminars or activities open to the public. Admission may not be charged, donations may not be solicited, and products and/or services may not be sold. Please refer to our Meeting Room Policy for a full list of terms and conditions.
Study Rooms
Study rooms with a capacity of 6 to 12 people are available for free at the Main Library in Greenfield, and study rooms with a capacity of 6 people are available for free at the Sugar Creek branch in New Palestine. Rooms can be used for up to two hours. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance by visiting the Information Desk, by calling (317) 462-5141, Ext. 240, or by making a request below.

Youth Program Room

The Youth Program Room is equipped with a projector, screen, in-wall speakers, and a computer. A polycom and podium are available upon request.
Youth Program Room NP

The Youth Program Room is a small programming space for Children's events. It is equipped with a TV and an in-ceiling speaker with an audio input. Staff may reserve this room along with the Community Room for extra space for large programs.
