Program Description
Susan Goodart, a certified yoga teacher and fitness adviser, will instruct a virtual yoga class on Facebook. Yoga increases strength, stamina, and flexibility and has been credited with improving mental health.
Have a mat or towel and a small pillow ready, and wear loose-fitting clothes. People with health issues should speak to their physicians before beginning any exercise.
