Reserving this Room

The following room use fees apply:

  1. Monday through Friday: $25.00 (+ tax) per 4 hours.
  2. Saturday and Sunday: $30.00 (+ tax) per 4 hours.
  3. Up to one hour of setup and one hour of teardown time are allowed for no additional charge. Chairs and tables are provided, but you are responsible for your own setup and teardown.

Please note the following food and beverage policies:

  1. Refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages may be served only in the meeting rooms. Food and drinks are not to be taken elsewhere in the building.
  2. Groups must bring their own set-ups (e.g., plates, silverware, cups, napkins, coffee, and condiments).
  3. The Community Room in New Palestine does not have a kitchen, so the use of a caterer is recommended.
