Room Setups Available

Library staff will provide a basic setup and teardown. Please allow enough time for any adjustments and cleanup.

Event and meeting space with a maximum capacity of 100. Available tables (27, 6'x2'), chairs (120), podium, projector, and microphones (4). A small kitchen is also available.

The following room use fees apply:

  1. Monday through Friday: $25.00 (+ tax) per 4 hours.
  2. Saturday and Sunday: $30.00 (+ tax) per 4 hours.
  3. Up to one hour of setup and one hour of teardown time are allowed for no additional charge. Library staff will provide a basic setup and teardown of tables and chairs. Please allow enough setup and teardown time for any adjustments and cleanup.

Equipment

Community Room B is equiped with a projector, screen, and in-wall speakers. Microphones and a podium are available upon request, subject to availability.

On narrow displays, the weekly room calendar is wider than the screen. You can side-scroll within this table to view room availability for the whole week.
