Program Description

This is the third week in a 4-week series  (June 8 - 29, 2019) in Greenfield for adults who have never taken a yoga class. Susan Goodart, a certified yoga teacher and fitness adviser, instructs the classes. Yoga increases strength, stamina, and flexibility and has been credited with improving mental health. 

Use a chair or the floor depending on your abilities. Bring a mat or towel and a small pillow, and wear loose-fitting clothes. People with health issues should speak to their physicians before beginning any exercise.

A $20 fee is paid to the instructor at the first session. Those 60+ may attend free. THE FEE is for a 4-week session.
