Learn the basics of watercolors with local art instructor Rachel Holmes. Participants will choose a picture from the Hancock County Arts Council coloring book and use transfer paper to trace major outlines. Then paint their own Tails and Tales masterpiece with tips along the way. Come prepared with a short quote or use one of Rachel's suggestions.
