Join instructor Kristen Rojowski for weekly beginner-friendly yoga. This one-hour vinyasa (flow) class starts with a short meditation, then some breathwork, then the physical yoga practice with an emphasis on intentional and mindful movements to match our movement to our breath, create space in our body and connect to our hearts.
Rojowski believes in making yoga accessible to everyone through physical practice, meditation, and breath work. She is passionate about creating openness and cultivating stillness in our lives and focuses on teaching meditation, restorative, and vinyasa classes. Additionally, Rojowski runs a plant business called Happy Roots and enjoys spending time with her family, pets, reading, writing, and being outdoors.
