Paper quilling has been a popular papercraft since the 1400s. It involves rolling strips of paper into different shapes and has been used for everything from scrapbooking, jewelry, cardmaking, and wall art. In this class, you'll learn the basics of this art form and make a Valentine's Day heart to display or give as a card to a friend or loved one. All supplies will be provided.
