Experience the story, journey, and the road to success of Madam C.J. Walker. Soulful Journeys of Women's Tracey Wynn and Donnice Robinson transform into Walker and her sales associate to present a first-person theatrical account of Madam Walker's life.

Madam C.J. Walker was a businesswoman and philanthropist who was one of the first black female millionaires in the United States. She built an international beauty business that had 25,000 active sales agents by 1919. 

Soulful Journeys of Women provides artistic interpretations of historical women, who had strong social, political, and spiritual impacts on their communities and the world, during their era in American History. Their mission is to educate, empower, inspire, and entertain by portraying the lives of strong women of color, who persevered through many obstacles on their path to freedom and independence.
