Program Description

Learn all about Historic Preservation Month and its importance in Indiana. Danielle Kauffman of the Division of Historic Preservation & Archaeology will give a presentation about the division's outreach efforts in celebration of preservation month. She will also give a brief recap of this year’s preservation theme: Indiana’s Scholastic Gymnasiums.

Danielle Kauffmann is the Director of Engagement with the DNR Division of Historic Preservation & Archaeology. She graduated with a B.A. in History and French from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Vermont in Burlington. She moved to Indiana and joined DHPA in 2018.
