Program Description
Greenfield Eagle Watch, in conjunction with the Indiana Raptor Center, will bring four rescued birds for the audience to meet and learn their stories.
Patty Reynolds, president and executive director of the Indiana Raptor Center, will discuss the current plight of these majestic birds and what to do—and not do—if you find an injured bird. The center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of injured or orphaned wild birds, their rehabilitation, and their return to the wild.
Members of "Greenfield Eagle Watch" will be on hand. The group provides non-invasive updates on eagles nesting locally.
Possible birds coming are a falcon, red tail hawk, owl, and Fallon the Bald Eagle. Please, no flash photography as it can startle the birds.
