Program Description
Kids in grades 3-5, come join us to create blackout poetry! Blackout poetry is created by using book pages or other written material and crossing out unwanted words to create something new. (See the photo for an example from Mary Pope Osborne's Magic Tree House novel "The Knight at Dawn"!) Additional examples will be provided to inspire you as you create your poems. Please register to ensure enough materials are provided.
