Paul McNeil will lead a discussion of Elizabeth Kolbert's Pulitzer Prize winning novel The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to read the book in advance.

Kids (K- grade 5) Love LEGOs? Come create masterpieces with us. Everyone will get scoops of bricks and a building plate. Finished creations will be put on display in the children's room.

Tweens and Teens, learn to build your own kite out of a garbage bag! Weather permitting, there will be an opportunity to take your kite for a test flight!

Research your ancestors in our computer lab with other genealogy enthusiasts.

The Hancock County Public Library Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month unless specified otherwise. These sessions are open to the public.

Kids (ages 3-7 with an adult) come join us for an evening storytime of stories, songs and fun. Bring your favorite pal (stuffed animal) and wear your pajamas.  (Pajamas for kids are encouraged but not required).
