Kids (ages 3-7 with an adult) come join us for an evening storytime where we will read stories and practice mindful ways to calm our bodies down for bedtime. Bring your favorite plush pal and wear comfy clothes you can stretch in. 

This program is for children 3-7 years of age with an adult. Other siblings are welcome.
