Kids in grades 1-5, learn all about volcanoes from the I Survived book series. Using I Survived the Eruption of Mt. St. Helens, 1980, and I Survived the Destruction of Pompeii, AD, we'll employ STEAM activities to figure out why volcanoes erupt and what happens afterward. Dress for a mess.
